# RageReflect by 5ntuner.ai Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using RageReflect (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

RageReflect is a wellness application providing tools for stress relief and emotional self-regulation.
### 2.2 Launch Edition Status
Version 1.0.0 represents our inaugural public release (“Launch Edition”). As an early user, you acknowledge:
a) Features and functionality may evolve based on user feedback
b) New capabilities will be added over time
c) Performance improvements are ongoing
d) The App is subject to updates and modifications
### 2.3 Service Availability
While we strive for reliable service:
– Uptime is not guaranteed
– Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
– We may update or modify features with notice when possible
– Critical updates may occur without advance notice
## 3. Medical Disclaimer
### 3.1 Not a Medical Device
RageReflect is NOT:
– A medical device (not FDA-approved or CE-marked)
– A mental health treatment or therapy
– A diagnostic tool
– A therapeutic intervention
– A substitute for professional care
### 3.2 No Medical Advice
The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is for informational and wellness purposes only.
### 3.3 Consult Professionals
For medical or mental health concerns, consult a licensed healthcare provider, therapist, psychologist, or physician.
### 3.4 Emergency Situations
If experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or medical emergency, immediately contact:

– Your local emergency services
## 4. Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

d) Medical, mental health, or other health outcomes
e) Reliance on App content or AI responses
### 11.2 Cap on Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).
### 11.3 Essential Purpose
These limitations apply even if remedies fail their essential purpose.
### 11.4 Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury or certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under JAMS or AAA rules.

Disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of Delaware.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For users in specific jurisdictions, additional laws apply:

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms without notice.
