You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.
Steps to delete your account (in-app)
- Open the app.
- Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.
- Tap Delete and confirm the action.
- Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

What will be deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone)
- User-created content (notes, preferences, uploads)
- Account-linked analytics and identifiers
Some aggregated or anonymized data used for analytics and product improvement may be retained and cannot be used to identify you.
Retention timeframe
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Backups and caches may take up to 90 days to be fully purged.
